Meet Nancy Berg
Hi, I’m Nancy Berg—a classically trained vocalist, seasoned voiceover artist, and lifelong performing arts talent with a story rooted in the Midwest. I was raised in a household shaped by structure and discipline. My father, a military man, had dreams of raising a scientist in his image. But early on, it became clear that my strengths didn’t lie in numbers or formulas. Instead, I gravitated toward music and the arts—the places where I could fully express myself.
As a shy child, I found comfort and confidence in song. I sang in choirs and ensembles, performing everything from Motown to Mozart. My voice carried me across the U.S. and even to Spain with the Community Choristers. That journey as a classically trained vocalist opened the door to freelance singing at weddings, memorials, and special events, eventually leading me to musical theater and stage performance. Whether in drama or comedy, I learned how to connect with an audience, voice a character, and tell a story with honesty.
Over time, my love for storytelling took me from the stage to the screen. I began working in TV and film, initially as background talent. But soon, with encouragement from fellow performers, I signed with an agent and started booking commercials and on-screen roles. I’ve since played everything from grandmothers to judges, patients to professionals—characters that require depth, timing, and relatability.
I’ve come to be known as the “commercial queen,” appearing in local, regional, and international spots.
In my 20+ years in the industry, I’ve developed a true appreciation for the voice as a powerful instrument—not just for singing, but for speaking too. That realization led me to explore the world of voiceover. I trained seriously, because I believe every voiceover artist should bring both talent and technique to the booth. Today, I lend my voice to e-learning, corporate videos, commercials, audiobooks, and more—always with the goal of sounding clear, warm, and real.
I bring the same commitment to every voiceover project that I bring to the stage. Being a performing arts talent means more than performing—it means listening, preparing, and respecting the process. My background in acting, commercial modeling, and public speaking helps me adapt quickly to different styles and tones. My voice can shift from authoritative to friendly, from heartfelt to playful, depending on what your project needs.
Beyond the mic, I have over 40 years of experience in marketing and sales, and I understand the importance of connection and communication. My background includes event planning, fundraising, and brand representation with companies like Neora and Silpada. I also served 33 years in the Federal Government, where I learned the value of professionalism, time management, and discipline—skills I bring to every collaboration.
My studio is fully equipped with a high-quality AKG microphone, MOTU M2 interface, and studio-grade soundproofing. I record with precision and deliver clean audio, ready for broadcast or production.
